  • Yes! While I do specialize in play therapy and child development, I love utilizing my expertise in these areas to enhance my work with adult clients. This might look like using expressive arts activities in our sessions, or maybe you’re interested in exploring how your childhood experiences still impact your day-to-day life by trying EMDR. Even if you’re simply looking for talk therapy, my primary goal in my work with clients of all ages is to meet you where you are at. So if you’re looking for a therapist who adapts to your needs and uses creativity to support your healing journey, then I might be a good fit for you.
